Burpees, burpees, burpees!
Hope you’ve been working on your burpees because that’s all the first 2012 CrossFit Games Open WOD #1 is all about.
Workout 12.1 will require participants to complete as many burpees as possible in seven minutes! Athletes will have to move from the flat ground to touch an object that is six inches higher than their maximum reach, so using a set or rings or adjustable bar will be a good idea.
As predicted, the workout is another AMRAP, just like every single online open WOD so far.
