CrossFit HQ have just announced the final workout for the 2014 Reebok CrossFit Games Masters events, albeit minus the final event.
The Masters competition commences this Tuesday the 22nd of July through till Thursday the 24th. Here is how the the three day eight events of competition breaks down:
