After two previous attempts at retirement, CrossFit legend Chris Spealler is adamant this will be his final CrossFit Games appearance.
Spealler failed to qualify in 2013 in his first venture back onto the competition floor, but 2014 has him back at the StubHub Center.
After two workouts, he sits 31st.
Event 2, The Overhead Squat, didn’t favour the 5’5”, 150 lb athlete, but with Triple Three up first on Friday and a series of events that favour athletes with a high-level of technical skill, Spealler says he hopes ‘surprise some of the big guys’.
