Find Your Nearest CrossFit Gym

Crossfit to FightWhen I first started CrossFit around three years ago, one of the most annoying things, was not being able to find an affiliate gym close to my house.

Back in 2008, it’s fair to say the sport was nowhere near as popular it is at now, and trying to find a box on google was a lot tougher than one would think.

Now, however, there is a website we can all go to to find the nearest gym to us, no matter where we are in the world.

CrossFit HQ have up on their site, which can be accessed clicking here.

Through Google Maps, the site allows us to see the location every single registered CrossFit Gym across the world.

There’s some pretty interesting stats to be found too. Like, did you know there are more than 400 CrossFit Gyms just in California?? Or that there are more boxes in Australia than there are in Asia, South America and Africa combined??

In short, the site is great for anyone who may have moved to a new area and is trying to find a good local place to workout, those keen on taking up the sport and even someone thinking about starting a new affiliate gym in a specific region.

Meanwhile, if you needed any more inspiration as to why you should be signing up to a local gym, check out this video:

All I can say is that all of the above is true! I have been working out at Crossfit in Lake Mary, Florida, since September 7th. I have lost two pant sizes since then and feel better than ever before. While I still have a long way to go, the progress I have made since then is remarkable, and the people are the best! We all help each other out and keep each other going. Now I can’t imagine life without Crossfit. I am about to embark on a new career that will take me to new places, and it’s nice to know that Crossfit will be there no matter where I go.

If your thinking you can’t do it, stop thinking………..See you at the box!!!
