As we all know, the new year is all about new beginnings and resolutions.

With the 2013 CrossFit season about to get underway, we caught up with some of the world’s best known CrossFitter’s to find out what their resolutions are for 2013.

Today we reveal four-time CrossFit Games competitor Stacie Tovar.

While Stacie Tovar has never been a top-ten finisher at the CrossFit Games, she has one of the most decorated CrossFit resume’s in the women’s division.

Still in her 20s, Tovar is a Regional Champion, and one of the only females to have competed at four consecutive CrossFit Games.

Her first appearance was in 2009 at the Rance in Aromas, where she finished 36th.

In 2010, Tovar returned to the CrossFit Games, impressing many people as she went on to finish in 14th place.

After claiming the North Central Regional title in 2011, Tovar went to the Home Depot Center as a genuine top-ten contender. However, things just didn’t go her way and she ended ended the weekend in 37th place overall.

But in 2012, Tovar returned to her best, finishing 12th in what is widely regarded as the most competitive year yet.

Here is her New Year’s resolution for 2013:

“Live Each Day.
