Last week’s workout consisted of a deadlift/row couplet. This week it’s a triplet made up of pull-ups, push-ups and air squats!

The Week 3 workout is as follows:

5 Pull-Ups

10 Push-Ups

15 Air Squats

Movement Standards:

Pull-Ups – Chin must make it over the bar to be classed as a rep. Pull-ups can be strict or kipping, as long as your body begins from a hang position at full arm and shoulder extension for each rep.

Push-Ups – Chest and upper torso has to touch the ground for each rep and arms must be locked out fully. Chest and legs must remain parallel each rep with no ‘snaking’ push-ups allowed.

Air Squats – For each rep to count, you will need to lower your body using knee and hip flexion until the crease in your hips rests lower than your knees. Return to the starting position by standing, extending the knee and hip joints.

Participants have until this Sunday to upload their video/scores to CompeteNow to be in the running. Submission deadline is 6PM (Pacific Time) on Sunday, November 22, 2015.

The Week 4 workout will be released on Tuesday, November 24, 2015.

Until then, happy training and good luck!
