Saddened by the failed world record attempt of David Goggins, who yesterday tried to break 4020 pull-ups in 24-hours, I went in search of record that was broken this month.
Turns out I did not have to look far, as Japan’s Kenichi Ito, recently broke the world record for the fastest 100-meter sprint on all fours — his time, 17.47 seconds.
Kenischi’s attributes his success to the fact he spends his everyday life walking around on all fours in an attempt to mimic the way monkeys move. He believes it is this regular training that propelled him to his recent win.
