They come with a lifetime of experience from competing and coaching artistic gymnastics and a have a passion for teaching others. They believe that learning correct technique is the key to success and it is never too late to start your gymnastics journey. Dalecki Strength teach skill workshops across NSW to CrossFitters, yogi’s, fighters and any fitness enthusiast looking to improve their body weight strength, flexibility and balance. They travel out to your gym as well as hosting regular workshops at CrossFit Creature in Marrickville.
