Bode and Morgan Miller
World Champion and gold medalist skier, Bode Miller may have to purchase several more Christmas presents for his wife these holidays after a horrific golfing accident.
Miller’s wife, the 25-year-old professional volleyball player, Morgan (Beck) Miller was struck above her left eye yesterday after Bode hit a line drive shot during a game of golf.
Morgan posted the gruesome pictures on her Instagram page.
“I’m not feeling so hot. Line drive to the face today with a golf ball from my darling husband. I still love.” http://instagr.am/p/TKWS0bJFhX/,” she posted.
Fortunately for Morgan she was wearing a pair of glasses that took the bulk of the impact. She posted thanks on her twitter page.
“A huge thank you to @Kaenon By absorbing a 160mph line drive I only got 50+ stitches instead of losing my eye #lucky”
