Cheryl Brost took second in her first CrossFit Games Masters appearance, after tearing her Achilles at the 2013 Regionals.
Brost was tipped to be Amanda Allen’s biggest competition, but she was unable to beat the reigning champ.
After struggling on Sled Drag with a 16th place finish, Brost dominated 2007 to win by more than 30 seconds.
While 2014 wasn’t quite her year, Brost proved herself to be an exceptional athlete and deservedly found herself next to Allen on the podium.
We caught up with Brost after the final event. Hear her thoughts on her first CrossFit Games Masters appearance in the video above.
