During the 2015 CrossFit Open, I had the pleasure of shooting at CrossFit Cronulla, in Sydney Australia.
It was during the fourth week of the Open when I was there, so I was able to shoot the members (and coaches) complete Open workout 15.4.
For those who are unfamiliar with the workout, 15.4 is as follows:
Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
3 handstand push-ups
3 cleans (185 lb./125 lb.)
6 handstand push-ups
3 cleans
9 handstand push-ups
3 cleans
12 handstand push-ups
6 cleans
15 handstand push-ups
6 cleans
18 handstand push-ups
6 cleans
Etc., adding 3 reps to the handstand push-up
each round, and 3 reps to the clean every 3
rounds.
