Last, but not least! The 2012 CrossFit Games Masters workouts have now also been released to the public, and this time, unlike the individual and team divisions, ALL events have been unveiled.
As was the case last year, competitors will be ranked on a points scoring system, which will vary depending on their age group.

Friday:
Event 1 – Shoulder to overhead 8:30 – 12:30.

If an athlete cannot complete any more muscle-ups or pull-ups but has time remaining, they may perform as many empty barbell snatches as possible to earn partial reps.
