Finally, the CrossFit Regionals are underway! So far we’re more than half way through three Regional events with one more day remaining.
In the Canada West division Joey Lutz from CrossFit Lethbridge lead the men’s comp from DJ Wickham. Emily Beers is slightly ahead of Angie Pye in the females side while CrossFit Fraser Valley Centaurs heads the teams division.
