CrossFit Regionals: Mid Atlantic Update

A few surprises at the Mid Atlantic CrossFit Regionals heading into the final day of competition.

Regional winner in the Open, Sean Thomson is in 16th position and in serious doubt to qualify for the Games.

Ben Smith who finished the Open in 24th spot overall leads the way in the men’s half. He has won three of the four events so far and is in front of Nate Schrader and Brian Quinlan.

Jenn Jones is the leader in the females division with podium finishes in all four events. Christy Phillips is in second place.

CrossFit Greensboro leads the way in the team division with CrossFit Explode right behind them.
