The CrossFit Regionals are over for Canada West and after three days of intense competition we have a few familiar faces returning to the Home Depot Center this year.
In the Men’s section Jeremy Meredith and Lucas Parker finished in the top two spots earning themselves a spot at the Games in July, while in the women’s half, Angie Pye took out the top spot ensuring another appearance at the Games for her. Heather Gillespie claimed the other female spot.
The Teams section was a lot closer and in the end Team Taranis claimed victory with a win in the final event of the day.
