A mixed bag at the South Central CrossFit Regionals with a few old faces, and a few new names qualifying for the Games.
The standout performer over the weekend was Azadeh Boroumand who won five out of the six events, including a record performance in the final workout! She’ll now compete at the Home Depot Center for the first time, and is definitely a name to keep an eye on. Candice Ruiz and Kelley Hennigan also qualified in the womens half.
In the men’s section, veteran Bryan Diaz will compete at his first ever Games after finishing in first spot, while Jason Hoggan and Aja Barto rounded out the top three.
CrossFit Dallas Central had an easy win in the teams division.
