KOLOTV, one of Reno Nevada’s news stations, just sent one of their reports into CrossFit Sierra Nevada.It was the typical kind of report you get when you send a commercial news reporter into a CrossFit box. You know the drill: reporter goes in, box owner explains what CrossFit is, and reporter then tries a variety of the movements. We then head back to the studio so the anchors can have a laugh or provided their obligatory commentary about how hard it looked.Nothing too exciting but it is always great to see CrossFit being reported in the news.
