As we all know, the new year is all about new beginnings and resolutions.
With the 2013 CrossFit season about to get underway, we caught up with some of the world’s best known CrossFitter’s to find out what their resolutions are for 2013.
Today we reveal dual CrossFit Games competitor Rob Forte.
After starting CrossFit in 2010, Forte competed in his first Regional competition with only a few months of experience behind him.
That year he finished 18th overall. A year later Forte finished 3rd in the Australian Regionals to qualify for his first ever CrossFit Games.
In his first appearance at the Home Depot Center, the 27 year old from Frankston, Victoria, finished 30th overall.
In 2012, Forte went one better finishing second in the Australian Regionals, booking another flight to Carson, California for his second straight appearance at the CrossFit Games.
Here is Rob Forte’s News Years resolution for 2013:
“I want to do the best I can at everything I do in 2013, especially running Reebok CrossFit Frankston and competing in the 2013 CrossFit Games season.”
We’ll reveal another top CrossFitter’s New Year’s resolution tomorrow.
