The OC Throwdown is back this year, with the annual CrossFit event taking place January 12-13 at the OC Fairgrounds in Costa Mesa, California.
The event is now in it’s fourth year, and continues to grow every 12 months.
This year, we can expect to see a number of top Games competitors taking part with the following athletes all receiving invites to the event:

The event kicks off on Friday with registration and pre-event interviews with the athletes.
However, the actual competition gets underway on Saturday with the first of 6 workouts taking place. The full schedule can be found by clicking here.
For those interested in checking out the action, tickets can be purchased online, or at the door. One day will set you back $25 while a two-day ticket costs $35.
The Indoor Hanger venue can seat a capacity of more than 20,000 people, and the WODs will be geared around ensuring everyone is able to watch.
For those outside of the US, or for those unable to attend, the good news is SICFIT will be streaming the OC Throwdown LIVE online over the weekend.
With the CrossFit Open just 8 weeks away, the OC Throwdown will serve as a great form guide for who to watch out for in 2013.
