Reebok CrossFit LAB Opens in Los Angeles

Another Reebok CrossFit Gym has opened this week!

Reebok CrossFit LAB opened it’s doors for the first time on Monday, November 12 and is one of the biggest affiliates in the city of Los Angeles.

The 3,500-square-foot gym is located at 8466 Melrose Ave. in West Hollywood and includes a 2,500-square-foot boot camp studio, pro shop, and cyber bar.

While there are plenty of CrossFit gyms in the Valley that are bigger, this is definitely one of the larger ones on the Hollywood side of the hills.

Reebok CrossFit LAB is co-owned by three owners, Yumi Lee (a former top National Sport Aerobics Competition athlete and fitness trainer), PJ Stahl (a former personal trainer on Style Network’s reality series “Ruby” who has trained Britney Spears and David Beckham) and Ron Matthews (recognized by Men’s Journal as one of the 100 best trainers in the world).

Being one of the bigger CrossFit gyms in Hollywood, I’m sure there will be a swag of celebrities signing up.

And it seems the gym is aware of the fact, with co-owner Matthews revealing there will also be a “celebrity lounge” in one of the studios corners.
