Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes of:
15 Box Jumps
12 Push Press
9 Toes-To-Bar
The weight for the push press is as follows:
Men up to 54 years- 115 pounds (52.27 kgs)
Men’s Masters- 95 pounds (43.18 kgs)
Women up to 54 years- 75 pounds (34.09 kgs)
Women’s Masters- 55 pounds (25 kgs)
