Fourpeat! Rich Froning Wins 2014 CrossFit Games

Rich Froning is the fittest man alive…again.

The four time champion struggled early in the 2014 CrossFit Games and recorded his lowest ever finish in the Triple 3 event with 37th.

Froning said in the heat he found the run tougher than expected but, like all champions do, he recovered and his performances over the remaining 10 events were phenomenal.

On his way to victory, Froning recorded five first place finishes to beat second placed Mat Fraser by 50 points.

Froning fronted the media shortly after he was crowned fittest man on earth.

Hear the champ’s thoughts on the weekend, the programming at the Games and his performance over the week in Carson, California in the video above.
