Rich Froning Jr Announced as Muscle & Fitness Cover

Muscle & Fitness have just announced that dual CrossFit Games Champion, Rich Froning Jr will feature on the front page of their December Issue.

On the heels of CNN’s announcement that name Annie Thorisdottir among the world’s fittest women, it seems CrossFit is finally getting some mainstream recognition.

This announcement is a little surprising as Muscle & Fitness has previously been more inclined to feature traditional bodybuilders like Ronnie Coleman and Jay Cutler on their cover.

And although they have featured other celebrities like 50 Cent, Jean Claude Van Damme and other elite level athletes all these people were more common household names.
