In The Rx Review’s latest Box Tour series, we travelled to Sydney, Australia to check out some of leading CrossFit gyms in the popular city.
In Part 5 we visited Revolution X, located in the western suburb of Holroyd around 40 minutes from the CBD.
CrossFit RevX is one of the largest affiliates in Australia. RevX also has a massive space for all kinds of functional fitness training. The facility is also regularly used to hold CrossFit Level 1 Training Seminars as well as many other events.
The affiliate is the brain-child of Robert Kastoun who opening the gym after battling with weight problems and unhealthy food and lifestyle choices for many years. RevX Performance Centre is Robert’s ultimate fitness vision and has been a dream of his for many years.
According to their website, CrossFit RevX is a:
