The New Zealand All Blacks are well-known as one of the most aggressive and dominating Rugby teams in the world today. They are currently ranked as the number one team in the world by the International Rugby Board (IRB) ahead of South Africa and Australia.
The video below provides a short glimpse into their daily training regime and was filmed just prior to their match last month against Wales, which they won 33 to 10.
There is short interview with one of their strength and conditioning coaches and the clip shows them doing many exercises CrossFitters would be familiar with: from general core work, to explosive box jumps, banded bench pressing, speed and agility drills on the ladder, bar muscle-ups, Olympic weightlifting as well as a bit of kettlebell work.
