Moustafa Ismail World Record Arms
Massachusetts Bodybuilder, Moustafa Ismail has been making headlines this week for what is said to be the worlds biggest arms.
Ismail claims his arms are natural and he has not used any steroids or implants to get them to the 31-inches in diameter they now are.
He says he has received a lot of negative comments and publicity due to the freakish size of his biceps and triceps.
“I did the test, the ultrasound tests. I did the X-ray tests. I did blood tests, which prove I have nothing unnatural,” says Ismail in a recent interview.
Despite his claims, the shape and size of his arms resemble a look that occurs when bodybuilders inject an oil called synthol into their arms.
