As we all know, the new year is all about new beginnings and resolutions.
With the 2013 CrossFit season about to get underway, we caught up with some of the world’s best known CrossFitter’s to find out what their resolutions are for 2013.
Today we reveal three-time CrossFit Games competitor, and leading coach, Tommy Hackenbruck.
Hackenbruck blasted onto the CrossFit in 2009, where he finished runner up to Mikko Salo in the CrossFit Games at Aromas.
A year later, he competed at the CrossFit Games for a second time, finishing 9th overall.
In 2011, Hackenbruck became one of the few CrossFitters to qualify for three straight CrossFit Games, after finishing runner-up at the Southwest Regionals.
That year, he went on to finish 23rd in what would be his last appearance as an individual.
In 2012, the former linebacker decided to concentrate on the Team Division. Being the owner and head coach of UTE CrossFit, Hackenbruck dedicated the year to getting is team to the Home Depot Center.
In July last year, Hacks Pack UTE won the Affiliate Cup in devastating fashion.
Here is Tommy Hackenbruck’s New Year’s resolution for 2013:
