Altrient’s ‘Show Us Your WOD’ Competition

Do you want to win an all expenses paid, trip for 2, to Miami to see the Pantheon Games live?

High performance nutritional supplement company Altrient is giving away free round-trip flights to Miami, Florida for the October 20-21 event, and will put up one lucky winner and a guest in the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel.

In return, they are asking CrossFitters around the world to send in pics or videos of them doing their favourite ‘travel WOD’.

Altrient want to know just how committed you are as a CrossFitter when you are away from you box. What sort of training do you do when you are on holidays? Or on a business trip?

To enter their ‘Show Us Your WOD’ competition, all you need to do is ‘like’ Altrient’s Facebook page, complete the step-by-step registration and submission form, and then submit a photo or video of your favourite ‘travel WOD’.

This could include someone using a hotel kitchen bench to do box jumps, or someone using their backpack as a substitute for a wall ball. Maybe you deadlift your bed, or use your child as a kettlebell while away?

Altrient’s ‘Show Us Your WOD’ competition opens today and runs until October 12. All entries will be judged for originality, effectiveness, creativity, enthusiasm and location.

15th place finisher at the 2012 CrossFit Games, and Altrient spokesperson, Cheryl Brost, has given us an example submission. It shows her crushing out a travel WOD on the deck of a yacht while at sea.

The lucky winner will be awarded a Grand Prize package, which includes tickets to The Pantheon Games on October 20th and 21st in Miami, round-trip air fares, hotel accommodation at the DoubleTree hotel at the Miami Airport Convention Center (home of The Pantheon Games), access to the Altrient VIP Lounge at the Games, and a box of Altrient™ ME™ and Altrient™ C high performance nutritional supplements.
