Well the 2013 CrossFit Open is finally done and dusted after weeks of grueling workouts.
Over the past five weeks we were confronted with snatches, burpees, wall balls, box jumps, clean & jerks, toes-to-bars, and of course, the first ever ‘Fran’ ladder AMRAP.
Depending on your strengths and weaknesses, some workouts were more enjoyable than others.
However, we want to know what you think was the best workout in the 2013 CrossFit Open.
