It was over a year ago when The Biggest Loser co-host Bob Harper completed his first ‘Fran’ workout.
At the time, Harper was brand new to CrossFit, and his time of 8 minutes flat was pretty impressive. Especially for a first timer.
Fast forward a year, and the TV presenter, has renewed his love/hate relationship with Fran.
Along his personal trainer Sam Upton, and former Biggest Loser winner John Rhodes, Harper completed the workout for the second time at CrossFit Scottsdale during a Level 1 Seminar.
In the end, Harper managed to PR the workout in a time of 6:24!
