The Australian Hero Games will take place December 1-8. We catch up with Jamie Zimmermann one of the directors and coordinators of the event to find out more details.
For those unfamilair with the games, the aim is to raise $75,000 for the Commando Welfare Trust.
This year there will be two workouts. They are as follows

Run 400 meters
10 Burpee box jumps, 24″ box
95 pound Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 10 reps
95 pound Thruster, 10 reps

16 Front Squat (50kg M, 30kg F)
200m run
14 KBS (24kg M, 16kg F)
